How do you envision your own well-being?  Using a variety of art materials, create a vision board to represent your personal goals for health and wellness.

Most people are touched by cancer at some point in their lives, either as a patient or as a loved one. Creative expression can be a powerful way to explore personal feelings about cancer and life in general. Hands on engagement with art is fun.  It can release stressful emotions. Sometimes it provides a valuable distraction. Since all of the participants in this workshop share a connection with cancer, it can also be a safe place to talk and learn from others outside of a traditional support group.

Patients, caregivers family and friends are welcome to attend Cancer Lifeline programs free of charge.  Registration is required.
